1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Čelebić ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website.

2. Data we collect

We collect data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email, phone, message, preferred contact channel and time), along with basic technical data submitted with the inquiry: the page it was sent from, language, approximate country (derived from the network request) and campaign (UTM) parameters if you arrived via an ad.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry and to provide information about the AMMA Resort project.

4. Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent (the consent checkbox in the form). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to realestate@celebic.com — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

5. Data recipients

Form inquiries reach our sales team via processors: an email delivery service (Resend) and Google (the inquiry is recorded in an internal spreadsheet). The site is served by Cloudflare. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry data only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and follow up about the AMMA Resort project. When it is no longer needed for that purpose we delete or anonymise it, and you may request deletion at any time.

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies and analytics tools only with your consent. You can manage consent in the cookie banner or your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data, the right to object, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority (in Montenegro: AZLP). To exercise these rights, contact us at realestate@celebic.com.
